Marbled boards, with leather corners and margin, are detached. Leather spine, attached to text block, deficient by up to 1cm at head and tail, lettered and decorated in gilt, rubbed and discloured. Marbling to text block edges. Internally the front pastedown has a small blob of red sealing wax on contemporaneous bookplate; The ffep opposite is also detached and attached to the frontis plate 'A South View of St. Saviours'. Also plates of 'The Globe Theatre' and 'A ground plan'. From the title page onwards all firm, square and clean. Pp, viii, 1, 280 + (1). 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
