Account of travels during a scientific expedition to South West Arabia in 1937-8. The firsts part of the books discusses the reasons for the scientific expedition. The second part is "a personal narrative of our journey into two Arabian countries. The Western Division of the Aden Protectorate.The Kingdom and IMamate of the Yemen.
