Kiley was a restaurant owner and close friend of Hemingway, Fitzgerald, Sinclair Lewis and other expatriates in Paris in the 1920s. He was also the editor of The Boulevardier magazine in Paris and in this memoir, Kiley sheds a fresh light on the exploits of Hemingway and Fitzgerald and others in Paris community.
