Not one of the rarities but does'nt turn up very often Estimate 15-20 copies .The problem is the cheap Macmillan binding which shows on the spine, so theres probably only a handful of copies that are in collectable condition.Mcilvaine talks about 2-300 copies of the school titles being sent to the US 1902-4 to establish copyright but no copies have appeared to date as far as I know so its generally accepted that the 1922-24 copies are the first US editions.
