A charming rendition of Field's "The Duel" and three other poems with many vibrant full-page color illustrations by an uncredited artist. The book's endpapers are also brightly illustrated. The book is in good condition with some chipping to the edges and corners and a small stain to the upper corner of the front cover. Internally the pages are in excellent condition with no marks or wear. The very uncommon jacket is worn with some pieces missing from the spine tips, corners and along the top edge of the rear panel but is otherwise complete with both flaps present.
