First edition. Hardback, bound in the original red cloth with printed titling to spine and upper board. 20.5 × 13cm, 294pp. A study of freedom with reference to Kant and Hegel. The book is in two sections, the first being 'Immanuel Kant on the Problem of Transcendental Freedom', the seond being 'Concerning an Empirical Interpretation of the Feeling of Freedom'. The author was a British Conservative politician, poet and essayist. Condition: Good condition.
