Boards are square, flat, and the binding is tight with the exception of the top cloth at the top of the binding is torn. Gold leaf title and cover design in fair to good condition. Water spotting on fly leaf and front piece photo and tissue leaf, no other damage to interior pages, illustrations or drawing is visible.
