The wonderful first book that the delightful series of the same name was based on. In turquoise boards and grey cloth spine with red and green type and design motif. Top page ends tinted yellow with pale foxing. Corners remarkably sharp and binding solid with some foxing to spine creases as well. Some tanning to top and and front edges of free endpapers and hinges. Some tiny holes to bottoms of boards from silverfish and a few marks to front and bottom page ends. Jacket unclipped($3.95), though some pencil marking over. edges and creases of spine and flaps have seen the industrious work of silverfish resulting in many holes/chips, but still holding.
