A solid copy in better condition than is often found for this title. Bienvenue pg. 204. 8vo, 242pp. 8 color plates and illustrations in the text by Fanny Y. Cory. Publisher's gray cloth stamped in orange, black, and gray, with orange lettering on spine. Illustrated endpapers. Cloth worn along edges, and lightly frayed at spine ends and corners. Few stray scuffs to boards. Contemporary gift inscription to front endpaper, dated 1903. Additional child's doodling and ownership signature all in pencil, which could be erased, on front endpaper and pastedown. Otherwise, clean, complete, and sound internally. A very good copy.
