Check or Money Order payable to "David S. Davis." (U.S. Dollars only please). For personal checks greater than $100 will hold shipment 7-10 days or until check clears.

Shipping Terms:
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Standard shipping/media mail is $3.40 for all U.S. orders. Add $1 for each extra book placed in the same order. Priority mail for the first book is $12.65. Over-sized books & multi-volume sets will be shipped via media mail only unless extra-postage is provided. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
