Narrated diary entries from leaving Romford in June 1822, sailing until November 1822 when they disembarked in Calcutta. Travels ( a tiresome passage ) up the Ganges to Cawnpore. Extensive and entertaining entries see photographs. Approximately 8 ¾ inches tall. Provenance: signature for B.G. Church to the front end paper. Condition Report Externally Spine good condition gilt titles to the spine, bruised to the top and base. Joints good condition rubbed and worn. Corners good condition bumped and rubbed.
