Thomas Mann. Death in Venice. London: Martin Secker 1928. First edition published in the UK. Translation by H. T. Lowe-Porter. Neatly inscribed in German on ffep by a previous owner in London, 1929. Bound in original green cloth, with title, author and publisher on spine in gilt and title and author on front board in gilt. Spine very slightly faded, top edge slightly dusty, fore and bottom edges with some very light foxing, otherwise a Fine copy, lacking the original dj. Note: Volume also includes the stories Tristan and Tonio Kroger. Seller Inventory # ABE-1712163960933
