Previous owner's name in ink on front free end paper. Green gilt stamped cloth over flexible boards, black-and-white frontispiece photograph, 104 pages, 8 black-and-white photographic illustrations including the frontispiece. Corners and spine ends bumped with wear, covers soiled, front cover bowed a bit, end papers toned. Tipped in on front free end paper is a small piece of paper on which is written: "Compliment of Saml. St. John Noyes, Nov 10th 1917, Written by an old fellow clerk in Howard Sanger & Co.
