Previous owner's name and date/place of purchase on front free endpaper; I can include the original invoice from the British bookseller he bought it from, if you want. The dustjacket is unclipped and in beautiful condition. The dutjacket spells the last word in the title as Judgement consistently -- the book and binding spell it Judgment.
