Tan cloth wrapped boards have some light soiling, red spots on back cover, spine fades, otherwise very light rub wear on corners and edges. Top edges of pages tinted light redish-brown matching letters on cover. Page Fore-edge, bottom edge, and endsheets tanned, inside pages are brighter. Prev. owner's name on flyleaf in pencil. About 6 of the beginning pages have fingerprints, a few might have been dogeared in corner, so lightly creased. Most of the 438 pages are bright, clean with no writing, no underlining, no marks.
