Cloth bound with paper covered boards and a label to the upper board. Title page, Preface , 2pp. Index 2pp; Reviews, 1pp. It only lasted one year. It contained 8 pages in each issue with local news, stories, poetry, etc., including articles on Steam Navigation (7), American Lynch Law, Merchant Service (6), Somerset Dialect, Transatlantic Steam Navigation and Screw Propellers, Loss of the William Brown, Perils of a Voyage to Portishead, Life Boats for Steam Vessels, Journey to the Dead Sea, Port of Bristol.
