F. Sutton, etc., with a wealth of Tables and General Information, Notes on Manures, etc. Augmented by over fifty illustrations, cartoons and photographs, many of famous links: North Berwick, Hoylake, Rye, St. Andrews, Sunningdale, Swinley Forest, Stoke Poges, etc. Excellent primer on a wide range of topics concerning the design, construction, growing-in, and maintenance of golf courses, with special attention paid to the multitude of weeds present in the UK and their eradication. Blue cloth with brown leather spine label in original condition. Only the slightest rubbing to top of spine and sharp cover corners This copy has seen very little use with a few instances of light internal foxing being the only content flaw.
