Overall slightly less than VG but contents VG+. N.B: a Locke/ Bleiler listed title concerning a future civil war in England between (you guessed it!) the Red shirts and the Blue shirts. "A near future political thriller in which the eponymous para-legal cadre attempts to create a Socialist Republic of Great Britain (The Encyclopedia of Science Fiction)". Almost certainly the pseudonym of an accomplished writer, very readable from the very start. Scarce dystopian political novel. Photographs/scans available upon request.
