Hardcover, bound in brown cloth with gilt and white printing on front panel. Original decorative brown cardboard box with matching design on the lid. Book is Fine and as new. Box has some damage to the lid: three corners split, and one additional split half-way along one long side. Bottom of box undamaged. Very attractive as it is, or a candidate for a very straightforward restoration/conservation project. Lardner's first book, in a very collectible copy. Seller Inventory # 000725
