Gift plate "With best wishes to French's on the opening of Oregon for sale of liquor by the drink." from White Rock Bottle Co. in Portland. Measure 15 (1952) allowed liquor to be sold in Oregon by the drink, ending one of the last effects of Prohibition in the state.
