Very rare Jackson title. Owner's name on end paper and about three pages have bottom chip or badly opened edge (see scan) otherwise contents have no other marks or flaws, bright and tight contents. The cover has mild edge wear and spine is a bit sunned bu highly collectible copy of this rare book. This is a choice example of Jackson's style and plunges into romantic intensity on the first page as a young man and woman who were children together first meet. She was an astonishingly accomplished writer for the top magazines of the day and even one of the 'Saturday Evening Post 50' those who had more than 50 stories in that top magazine of the time.
