About half the book relates to the author's Australian travels; the remainder covers the trip home by way of Ceylon, Italy, London, etc. Many illstrations and text cuts. Original green cloth decorated covers with gilt decorations. A few cover spots and a 3" crease mark to rear cover; slight spine slant; contents clean tight, and bright.
