About this Item
Octavo. 314 pages. While known both for his marriage to Friede Kahlo and his remarkable murals, here is a remarkable story as he dictated his memoirs to Gladys March. His frankness and his multiple affairs, his relationship with Trotsky, his expulsion by Stalin from the Communist party and many other accounts of his life in art make this one of the most honest autobiographies of the 20th century. A fine copy bound in white cloth decorated in black, spine lettered and decorated in black and red in a nearly fine unclipped pictorial dust jacket. Seller Inventory # 031413
