In only a good, price clipped dust jacket with heavy chipping to the upper 1/3rd of the spine area and a three inch chip from the upper rear corner of the front panel. 530 pages including an index, appedices, and photographs in eight sections. Delivery within the US: $10.00 for Priority delivery for 1st book $5.00 for each book thereafter. $4.00 for Book Rate (Media Mail) for the first book and $2.00 for each additional book.
Canadian or Overseas Deliveries will be at cost. Connecticut residents please add 6.35% state sales tax.

Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG.
