First American edition, first printing. In publisher's black cloth binding stamped in blue. Very Good. Title lettering on spine is rubbed, cloth shelf worn and lightly faded. Pages toned and with several small stains. In a Very Good dust jacket with publisher's price intact, toning to spine and edges, and a short closed tear to the top edge of the front panel which has been mended with tape to the verso.
