A very good copy for its age of this instructional text book on animal drawing. No Dust Jacket (as issued?). Cover: black cloth over white paper covered boards, with black lettering and black and white photograph and line drawing on a red and white ground to front, and faded gilt lettering to spine; clean and bright for its age, but cloth spine faded and general fading and bumping to edges, commensurate with age and use. Internally: clean and tightly bound; stamps from Calder High School for Girls to end papers; no other markings, inscriptions or book plates; some darkening to page edges; however in remarkably good condition for an 80 year old text book. Illustrated throughout in black and white, with many examples by famous artists as tipped in plates. 80 pp. Seller Inventory # 002984
