London 1922. This a rare item probably unique. Early colonial editions did not have dedicated wrappers but had a colonial sticker placed over the original price .This practise continued until 1933 when his popularity warranted dedicated wrappers.Wodehouse was the only author where Herbert Jenkins printed colonial wrappers. First editions of this title in wrapper are now extremely valuable and I know of only a few copies. Any that turned up would almost certainly have the colonial sticker removed so finding a complete wrapper is just about impossible .This is a facsimile of the second issue with the original parts of the first wrapper laid over which include the all important sticker over the price of 7/6 and the illustrations from the front and rear.
