In a very good/near fine unclipped wrapper some creasing and a little loss to the top of the spine and corners. A rare book with illustrated wrapper by Peggy Fortnum (she of Paddington fame). Shortlisted for the Carnegie Medal in 1967 and latterly made into a Japanese Anime film.
