Hardcover. Second edition. SIGNED. 270pp. Octavo [22 cm] Natural cloth covered boards with red and light blue ink stamped author and title information on the spine and front cover. Very good. The spine and covers are very subtly soiled and darkened in areas. The spine is slightly rolled. There is a small indentation in the bottom edge of the front cover. The top of the text block is a bit darkened. There is a 1/4 inch split in the rear endsheet at the top of the hinge. The pages are mildly yellowed. Inscribed by the author on the front free endsheet. Saroyan won the Pulitzer Prize for his play, The Time of Your Life. Saroyan refused this prize.
