Browning to the endpapers with a previous owner's name in pen to the front free endpaper and a little pink marking to the top edges of the endpapers. The pages are otherwise clean and unmarked. Illiustrated by D.L. Mays with a coloured frontispiece. The jacket has quite heavy chipping to the corners with quarter inch pieces missing from the folds and creasing and browning to the edges.
