Condition: Very Good. vii 480p original blue cloth with Williams & Wilkins publisher's logo to front board in gilt, spine lettering still bright, excellent fresh copy of the first edition, sharp corners, inner hinges tight, colour frontispiece, many additional illustrations, name of Eugene Stern to front endpaper, a fine copy. Tiny imperfection to top of spine, spine hinges a hint rubbed. Stern led to over 30 years UCLA neurosurgery and was a Cushing Medalist of the American Association of Neurologic Surgeons and received many other professional honors in his field Language: English.
