Hardcover. Condition: Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Near Fine. 1st Edition. From the jacket blurb: "Prompted by the need to understand the population dynamics of wildlife in the Queen Elizabeth National Park of western Uganda, now the Rwenzori Park, the author of this book, during the years 1964-1967, undertook a comprehensive investigation of the biology and social organisation of the Uganda Waterbuck. The book is directed at both professional and amateur zoologists, particularly those interested in social organisation and animal behaviour". Here is a fine copy in near fine dust jacket. The volume is bright and fresh with no ownership markings or other markings of any kind. The brown cloth boards are clean, unworn and unbumped. The jacket is slightly spine faded and has a small chip to the bottom of the spine, but is otherwise unworn and unclipped. It has been neatly reinforced with clear tape, invisible from the outside, and is now protected by a removable mylar cover.
