Limited to a printing of nine hundred and ninety numbered copies of which this is copy 843. The books have no corner bumping or edge wear. Upper edges of textblock bright gilt, ribbon place markers. Owner's bookplate attached inside front covers. It appears that the second volumes front endpapers were misglued {printer's error?} and are attached to each other. The slipcase is very rough and wornThe upper panel protecting the heads of the books is missing. There is rubbing and edge wear of the boards. Never the less, it has done an admirable job protecting the books. Due to the size and weight of the set, it will require additional shipping outside the United States.
