This report was produced with the United Kingdom Ministry of Defense and the Atomic Weapons Establishment. This report documents the first 15 years of collaboration--from 2000 to 2015--between the United Kingdom and the United States in technologies and methodologies to enable monitoring and verification of potential future nuclear weapons arms control initiative. This joint collaboration has included evaluating technologies and approaches that may be viable, identifying those and are not, and documents challenges and approaches that need additional investigations. The 15 years of experience working together on monitoring and verification technical challenges has helped establish an experience base in both countries that has permitted deeper investigation into some of the most challenging aspects of warhead verification. .
