Condition: Fair. 1924. First Edition. 311 pages. No dust jacket. This is an ex-Library book. Red cloth. Pages are mildly tanned, but text remains clear. Minor foxing to textblock edges. Paper remnants and pencil inscription to front free endpaper. Boards have light shelf-wear, with mild corner bumping and denting to edges. Spine is moderately sunned, with noticeable crushing and slight splitting to ends. Visible dark marks overall.

Ex Libris plate to front pastedown. Binding remains reasonably firm. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Top edge of text block is dust marked. Moderate tanning to spine. Gilt lettering is darkened.
