Illustrated with a b&w map. 4.5" x 7". 191 pp. Green leather spine, green paper covered boards - this is a crude Indian binding for the paperbound edition, with the original paper cover bound in. Two leaves have been too closely trimmed on the fore-edge, resulting in the loss of a few letters of text, but still readable. There are several tears on other leaves, with no loss. Good.
