A first edition, first printing published by Collins in 1975. A very good book inscribed, dated and signed on the front endpaper (For dear Mrs Cleghorn,/with all my love/from Judith Kerr/29.10.75/. Small stain to the bottom edge. In a very good dust wrapper which is neatly clipped. Light chipping to the spine tail and some patches of rubbing to the spine. Mrs Cleghorn was the real life inspiration for the granny in her book 'Mog'. Kerr also published a book called 'Mister Cleghorn's Seal'.
