Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. (Ref.AAA1 ) Full calf leather bound with five band raised spine and gilt titles to green spine inlay. Spine has been later and partially rebound at hinges with leather quite uniform to original. Original spine is overlaid to rebind. Front and rear boards are contemporary with gilt lining to edges. Some wear to corners, head and heel of spine. Small scuffs, scratches and minor marks to boards. Gilt top edge. Marbled endpapers with previous owner's label to centre front paste-down. White tape down front hinge at endpapers has been coloured purple with pen. Previous owner's inscriptions to rear of ffep and first blank page. Complete with 20 B&W plates and 2 fold-out maps.
