Very good, sound copy, front cover with some stray brownish streaks in bottom portion, both covers with signs of discoloration here and there, wear to first few pages at free corners, top and side edges of last page (contents page of volume) worn near corner, back cover and last couple of pages with small "nibbles" toward the bottom of the long edge. Original edition. Presentation inscription on title page from the author to Rudolf Serkin "in admiration," dated 1968. Scarce. Priority Mail only on foreign orders.
