Hardcover. Condition: About Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. Reprint Edition. This is a mammoth full size reprint of a book originally published in 1880. Oblong format. The book is in fine condition apart from minor corner bumps. NO previous owner markings or bookplates. The scarce and fragile price-clipped dust jacket is in very good or better condition. However, it is printed on cheap pulp paper and quite fragile. There is a 1" closed tear at base of front panel and similar 1.5" tear at base of rear panel along with some minor fraying along top edge. Remarkably, there is no chipping. There is a little offsetting to the endsheets resulting from contact with the browning dust jacket. Book.
