The bottom of the boards are showing a bit of wear. There is a shallow indent about 1" long on the back board. The spine ends are creased and showing a hint of wear. All four corners have a bit of wear. The front fly leaf shows an erasure that cause a small surface tear. The back of the DJ is missing a 1" x 2" piece. The top edge on the front and back is missing a sliver (about 1/4" wide). Creasing to the bottom edge, with some chips. The inside flaps have creasing and chips to the top edge, and to a lesser degree the bottom edge.
