The boards have a little discolouration to the edges, slight corner bumping and a small dent to the bottom edge of the front panel. The page edges have light browning. The pages are a little browned but otherwise clean and unmarked. The jacket has some chipping to the corners with a little loss at the top and bottom of the spine and quite heavy edge rubbing. The front panel has a one inch closed tear to the top edge near the top right corner and there is some associated creasing. The rear panel has some discolouration and a half-inch closed tear to the top left corner. The spine has quite heavy surface rubbing with some browning to the reverse. Jacket and interior illustrations by Pat Marriott.
