No publication date but certainly WWII era. CONDITION DESCRIPTION: Fading to spine and edges, light wear and soiling to cover. Interior has a 1944 inked holiday, gift inscription. Rear blank page has a crayon statement, "I hate songs to rime/ by Maureen Calahan". Great text and illustrations showing how the merchant navy operated and their vital contributions.
