This was the first in a series of facsimile reprints produced by the History Book Club. There is a comprehensive Introduction by Randolph G. Adams. Nicely done little book. A bookseller's label covers a name on front pastedown, and edges are very slightly browned, but a near fine copy in the original, very good, card slipcase with oval printed label. JS.
