Tight hardcover in good condition. 12mo. 246pp. Green tweed boards and backstrip with a dark green large diamond shaped portrait of the Twin and Snap the dog in the center and smaller diamonds with floral designs on the front board and backstrip. Brown illustrations of toys on the endpapers. Green tinted tops of pages. Black & white frontispiece illustration. Book is very tight. Boards and backstrip have a little wear & some edgewear. The previous owner wrote name in ink along top edge of pre-page. Leaves are in good condition with no markings - a few have some light soiling on the routside edge. The Dustjacket has a large color portrait of The Bobbsey Twins with Snap on the front as well as a smaller portrait on the dustjacket's backstrip. Dustjacket has some edgewear that is deeper in the corners & top & bottom of backstrip as well as some chipping (one chip is on front of jacket at title).
