An Original Signed Address headed letter by Victor Canning and accompanied by two typed pages of working manuscript, with holograph additions and corrections, from Birds of a Feather. Letters and original manuscripts from Canning are very uncommon. Dated 1984. Letter is to a colleague about sending pages from his last book 'Birds of a Feather' Victor Canning. 1911 ? 1986 was a prolific British writer of novels and thrillers who flourished in the 1950s to the 1970s. He was personally reticent, writing no memoirs and giving relatively few newspaper interviews. Size 210mm x 200mm Condition is very good. Feint centre fold creases.
