Hardcover. Condition: Fine in Fine dust jacket. 4to. Color illustrated dust jacket with white lettering. 280 pp. Many black and white illustrations, six [6] color illustrations. Published as part of the Museum of Modern Art's "Studies in Modern Art" series, this volume offers, in essence, a detailed biography of Picasso's "Demoiselles d'Avignon." This painting, a key icon in the history of Cubism, is often deemed the "first" painting of the 20th century. A valuable reference resource for art historians, dealers and collectors.

Book
Hardcover. Condition: Sehr gut. Format 4°. 151 Seiten. Sehr guter Zustand. Texte in englischer Sprache u.a. von Michael "Bommi" Baumann.
