Book First Edition
Softcover Comb Binding. Condition: Very Good. First Edition. A pristine copy of the first of two volumes (the second one focuses on the mind-body connection). A lengthy subtitle explains that this book presents a day-to-day approach to reducing the effects of aging, and features the Mediterranean Hunter-Gatherer diet. This is the author's first edition; the book has been reprinted under a different imprint, with a different cover. Same book, though. The pages are a little rippled at the top, where some moisture affected them. The effect is slight.
