Hardcover. Condition: Acceptable. Dust Jacket Condition: Acceptable. Hardcover. One of a limited edition of 600 copies. Introduction by Malcolm Elwin. Grubby and edge-worn dust jacket. Lower edge of front jacket has a small nick. Paper damage near lower leading corner of back jacket, probably caused by removal of a label. Jacket spine ends and leading corners are worn and nicked. Boards appear rather warped and have several small, pale stains. Hardcover leading corners and spine ends are slightly worn. Pastedowns and endpapers have numerous pale stains. Front hinge is cracked but binding appears relatively sound. Text is clear. AF. Used.
