Since there was no hardcover edition of this title it seems reasonable to assume that a previous owner had the wraps edition bound between laminated boards to help ensure longevity. Of particular interest to those doing genealogical research on the Loyalists, featuring as it does a list of Loyalist households and a list of grantees (all arranged alphabetically). Pp. [x], 261 (including appendices, index). Previous owner's signature at top of front end paper, and again at top of half-title (both magic-markered out), impressions, scratches.
